UBUD TOUR (meet in the lobby at 8.30 am)
Travel to Ubud to see the Barong Dance or Black Magic Dance. Watch as the good spirits battle the bad ones, Barong vs Rangda in this traditional performance. Tohpati Village is the next stop. See the painting of cloth, known as Batik, and the delicate craft of hand weaving. Take in the scenic beauty of the surrounding villages and the art and craft specialties they offer. Celuk village is famed for traditional silver and gold handicrafts while Butuan village is known for its traditional art painting; Mas Village is renown for wood carving and mask making. Continue on to visit the monkey forest and Ubud town centre. The town features the ancient Ubud Palace where the royal family lives. Outside you will find a wonderful traditional art market where you can bargain for the best souvenirs.

KINTAMANI VOLCANO & LAKE BATUR (meet in the lobby at 8.30 am)
Similar to the Ubud tour, this trip includes Barong Dance and Batik handicrafts. You can also visit the three villages surrounding Ubud; Celuk, Batuan and Mas are all famed for their crafts. This tour then makes the short trip to Kintamani village to see the beautiful lake, a perfect spot to enjoy lunch. After lunch it is a short drive to Sebatu village to explore and taste the best of Bali coffee, chocolate and local spices. On the journey back we pass Tegallalang village featuring some wonderful vistas of rice terraces, the photo opportunity you have been dreaming of The final stop before your return to Lili House Ubud Hotel is famed Ubud where you can visit the local palace and explore the art market.

ULUWATU SUNSET & KECAK DANCE (meet in the lobby at 3 pm)
The beautiful eleventh century Uluwatu temple is located on Jimbaran Hill and populated by dozens of monkeys who are guaranteed to tease you ! The views across the bay make this the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset across the ocean. Kecak (named after the hypnotic sound the arcapallah choir makes while performing) and fire dancers perform at the temple. The story of the dance is similar to Romeo and Juliet, although the Balinese version avoids the tragic ending. After the show, your driver can drop you on the beach where you can join the buzz of Jimbaran Bay, one of Bali stop dining spots offering a wonderful selection of restaurants right on the beach serving a feast of freshly caught seafood.

TAMAN AYUN & TANAH LOT TEMPLE (meet in the lobby at 1 pm)
On the outskirts of Denpasar lies Taman Ayun, a state temple from the former kingdom of Mengwi. Designed and built in 1634, the terraced courtyards and surrounding moat symbolizes the mythical home of the Gods Mount Meru floating in the cosmic ocean. The inner courtyard holds twenty four mera, the tallest three representing Gunung Agung, Ganung Batur and Gunung Batukaru. The next stop is Tanah Lot Temple, this is one of the most beautiful temples in Bali situated on a small island pounded by the surf and surrounded by black sand. Once you have explored the temple and had a chance to work up an appetite, let us drop you off at Jimbaran Bay where you can dine on freshly caught seafood at one of the great restaurants on the beach.
